I also had a coffee sleeve template on paper. Place onto the felt you want to use and trace around it. Trace and cut the pattern onto stiff felt you have the option of doubling up the felt but since stiff felt is somewhat thicker than normal felt i left it at one layer. Use two layers of felt to make it thicker.
